Just found this, because my computer was infected by a Trojan. So, you'll have to navigate to 'C:ProgramData' and copy the 'TI-Nspire CX CAS' folder you'll find in there. Upload it to your cloud drive for safe keeping. After your Windows installation, install the student software but don't open it. Go to the same directory and paste the folder mentioned before. Select to replace all items. That's it.
P.S. I'm not sure if this is the way to use the license on multiple computers, but I'm sure this way you can give it a try.

- Jan 30, 2013 Best Answer: Of all the software I have the TI license is the biggest pain. They don't give you any option to move it, and when you try to reinstall it it will tell you it has already been activated.
